The goal of this system is not to force players to reach specific event norms.
The goal is to measure and compare each player's overall contribution to the clan during the month.
Different events provide different rewards, require different levels of effort, and generate different amounts of resources for the clan. Because of this, 100M points in one event do not have the same value as 100M points in another event. As well as 100M points in Doomsday are not that as easy to make as 100M points in Shadows.
To make contributions comparable, each event is assigned a score value.
For every event, we see how many Solar Points(SP) are earned for every 100M event points(EP). See the page “Event Points”
Examples:
Ragnarok = 686 points per 100M
Hellforge = 272 points per 100M
Shadow City = 30 points per 100M
The score takes into account:
Event rewards
Event difficulty
Resources required
Resources generated for the clan
Overall value of participation
The "100% Minimum (B)" column shows the expected participation level for each event in billions or fractions of billions or rather said, minimum norm for the event.
The "100% Minimum Points" column converts that participation into Solar Points per month.
The "Occurrence" column shows how many times a specific event is expected to appear during the month.
Ragnarok:
Score = 686 points per 100M
Norm = 0.8
Calculation:
686 points per 100M
0.8B = 8 × 100M
Solar Points = 686 × 8 = 5,488 points
Therefore, completing the Ragnarok norm gives 5,488 monthly Solar Points.
This system is not based on mandatory participation in every event.
The goal is not to complete every norm individually. The goal is to achieve a fair level of total contribution throughout the month.
If a player cannot participate fully in one event, they can compensate by contributing more in another event.
Let's assume the minimum requirements are:
Ragnarok: 0.8B
Hellforge: 0.6B
Ragnarok:
686 points per 100M
0.8B = 8 × 100M
SP = 686 × 8 = 5,488 points
Hellforge:
272 points per 100M
0.6B = 6 × 100M
SP = 272 × 6 = 1,632 points
Total expected contribution:
5,488 + 1,632 = 7,120 SP
Let's say a player cannot participate in Ragnarok at all.
The player loses: 5,488 SP
To maintain the same monthly contribution, those points must be earned in another event.
The player decides to compensate through Hellforge.
Since Hellforge awards 272 SP per 100M:
5,488 ÷ 272 = 20.18
This means the player needs approximately:
20.18 × 100M = 2.02B additional Hellforge points
Since the standard Hellforge requirement is already 0.6B, the player's total Hellforge target becomes:
0.6B + 2.02B = 2.62B
The player did not participate in Ragnarok, but by increasing participation in Hellforge, they still reached the same overall contribution level.
This is the key principle of the system:
We evaluate total monthly contribution, not participation in specific events.
This allows players flexibility while ensuring that total clan contribution remains balanced.
At the end of the month we evaluate:
Total Solar Points
We do not evaluate:
How many events you attended
Whether you completed every individual norm
We evaluate:
Your total contribution to the clan
This means players have freedom to choose where they contribute, while the clan can still measure contribution fairly across all event types.
The Results page provides both a snapshot of current monthly performance and a long-term view of each player's overall contribution throughout their journey in SOLAR.
For each event, the table shows the percentage of the expected contribution that was achieved.
Examples:
100% = the expected contribution for that event was fully completed.
80% = 80% of the expected contribution was completed.
120% = the player contributed 20% more than the expected contribution.
0% = no contribution was recorded for that event.
This allows players to quickly identify where they exceeded expectations and where they contributed less than expected.
The most important value on this page is the Total Solar Points %.
This percentage compares the player's total contribution points earned during the month with the total contribution points expected for that month.
Example:
Monthly target:
120,000 Solar Points
Player contribution:
108,000 Solar Points
Result:
108,000 ÷ 120,000 × 100 = 90%
Total = 90%
Individual event percentages are provided for transparency and analysis.
However, the primary metric used to evaluate contribution is the Total SP %.
The contribution system is designed to provide flexibility.
A player may contribute less in one event and compensate by contributing more in another event.
Because of this, achieving 100% in every event is not required.
What ultimately matters is the player's overall monthly contribution compared to the total contribution target for that month.
Below 100%: contribution is below the monthly target.
100%: monthly target achieved.
Above 100%: contribution exceeded the monthly target.
The Results page therefore provides both:
A detailed view of contribution by event.
A complete view of overall contribution for the month.
So, the most important metric is Total SP % and individual event percentages help explain how the points were achieved.
